The master of horror’s twist on the serial killer genre is of course amazing. London is held in the grip of a serial killer whose modus operandi is to murder his victims by strangling them with a necktie. When officer Richard Blaney discovers his ex-wife  murdered, he becomes a suspect. Forced to go on the run, he attempts to take refuge with his best friend who may be the real necktie murderer.
