Book your rental by purchasing a showtime on this page on your date of choice, and our rental coordinator will reach out about specific times and your film of choice. Be sure to include a good contact email!

Please note that for private rentals we are only able to show films that are available on DVD or Blue Ray, not new releases that are still in theater. 

Daytime
(Book the 12 pm showtime on your date of choice and you can arrange a 2 hour time block between noon and 4 pm with our rental coordinator)
Monday-Friday- $350
Friday – Sunday – $475
Evenings
(Book the 6 pm showtime on your date of choice and you can arrange a 2 hours between 4 and 11 pm with our rental coordinator)
Monday-Thursday – $475
Friday – Sunday – $1,000

Additional time, bulk concessions, film choice, marquee messages, and more can be arranged and purchased through our rental coordinator — who will reach out after you book online.

All rentals between November 1 and December 31, 2024 must be booked by OCTOBER 14.

**This product is for PRIVATE EVENTS ONLY. Public screenings require the purchases of film rights, regardless of whether or not you are charging admission. We are able to help you secure rights for an additional fee. Row House retains the right to not screen any film and will provide a refund if such a conflict occurs.
