With two unique screening rooms, Row House – Hollywood is an amazing and unique venue for both large and small events. Our cozy lower level theater is great for birthday parties and small, private screenings. Our impressive main auditorium is ideal for large events like fundraisers, film premieres, and more.
Row House is also proud to be a favorite home for local film production, offering great rates for premieres, dailies, progress cuts, post-production screenings, filming location rentals, and other filmmaker services.
Important Information
Rental requests must be submitted at least two months in advance.
Start times must be coordinated and are subject to availability within our schedule. All inquiries must be submitted via email.

Our Main Auditorium
Rental includes use of our 389 seat theater and lobby for two hours, plus a coordinator / tech for the rental.

Rental includes use of our 46 seat theater and lobby for two hours, plus a coordinator / tech for the rental.

Food & Drink Packages
Our downstairs concession bar can be open during private rentals. Outside food is permitted with prior approval. The following setup fees apply:
- Basic Setup: $100 (includes table set up and linens. great for birthday cakes)
Outside drinks & alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Plan Ahead
- All food and beverage selections must be finalized no later than two weeks before your event.
- Setup and cleanup must occur within your reserved rental time.
Add-Ons Available
- Custom “Welcome” slide on screen — $75
- Microphones, stage lighting, & laptop connection – $150 (available in Main Auditorium)
- Marquee message – $75
- Use Row House ticketing software — $100 setup + service fees + 10% of gross ticket sales
- Access to Row House marketing assets — inquire for options
Film Rights
All public screenings require the acquisition of film rights. We can assist with rights acquisition for a service fee.

Row House- Lawrenceville is also available for rentals and private events. Please keep in mind that rentals are best accommodated when the inquiry is made at least two months in advance.
