Row House – Hollywood opened in Dormont, PA in November 2025.

In late 2023 the local, independent theater company Row House Cinemas purchased the historic building, built in 1926 as a movie house, and renovated it into a Metropolis themed movie 389 seat atmospheric movie palace.

In addition to the main theater, Row House – Hollywood has a second screening room, karaoke rooms, arcade, and bar in the building’s basement.

Row House – Hollywood is the second location of Row House Cinemas, which started in a historic loft building in the heart of Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood with a single screen 86 repertory theater in2014.

Both theaters serve locally made concessions (including our famous all-natural popcorn) as well as beer and cocktails. We are also home to an active film club that is 600+ movie lovers strong!

The mission of Row House Cinemas is to be a community gathering place and a fantastic night out. We aim to create a magical experiences through awesome movies, food, & beverages. By providing unique programming and fantastic venues, we hope to help build a stronger film community in Pittsburgh.
