Cutting Class (1989) – Before he was THEE Brad Pitt, he joined a cast of genre mainstays the likes of Roddy MacDowell, Jill Schoelen, and Donovan Leitch for this wholly unserious slasher classic! Paula (Schoelen) avoids the pervy faculty of Furley High by skipping class often to flirt and eat hot dogs. When someone starts killing the teachers, her two suitors are both looking equally suspicious… could it be her bad-boy main squeeze Dwight (Pitt) or recently released mental patient Brian (Leitch)?

The Devil’s Rain (1975)  – What do John Travolta, Ernest Borgnine, William Shatner, Tom Skeritt, Ida Lupino, and Anton LaVey (yes, Anton “Founder of the Church of Satan” LaVey) have in common? They’re all in this weird, goopy fever dream of a movie! The Preston family is still under a curse because their ancestors crossed a Satanic priest a few hundred years ago. In possession of a book that hold all of his blood contracts that bind the souls of everyone in the priest’s congregation, the Prestons are in for a rough time if they don’t just hand the gosh darn book over… which, of course, they don’t.
