Private Theater Rentals

Make it a movie night to remember
Host your private group at Row House – Lawrenceville, a unique, 84-seat boutique theater perfect for birthdays, celebrations, company gatherings, movie marathons, and more.

Private rentals are for closed events: you and your invited guests. Rental requests should be submitted at least 60 days in advance. All start times must fit reasonably within our regular film schedule and are subject to availability.

Rates

All rentals include 2.5 hours of theater and lobby access.

Additional time is $50 per 15 minutes. Pricing is based on the event’s end time. For example, a rental from 4:00 – 6:30pm on a Wednesday is charged at the Weekday Evening rate.

Technical Specs

Basic Info
82 physical seats, 2 spaces for wheelchairs. Lobby can handle 2 8′ tables, however 1 is more comfortable. No food or drink can only be served in the lobby. The stage is 8′ x 15′. The stage is not wheelchair accessible. There are two 20amp outlets on the left side of the stage. A sizable storage room can act as a greenroom. 8 folding chairs available for the stage.

Lounge Space
37 seats with room for an 8′ table.

Projection
Digital Cinema DCP: Christie Solaria One+ and GDC SR-1000 Server. Blu-Ray, VHS, HDMI input from the booth only, and AppleTV connection.

Cinema Sound
Dolby CP950 cinema processor, QSC amplifiers and speakers in 7.1 configuration.

Live Audio Sound
2 – JBL passive speakers behind the screen set up for left and right. Small amp and mixer located behind the stage. Two wired mics.

Stage Lighting
4 – Led par cans pointed to the stage almost directly from above to minimize screen interference. RGB color changing controlled remotely by the app Cuety.
