Private Rentals

Enjoy having the Row House-Lawrenceville’s screen all to yourself for a private event!

We are a single screen theater with 84 seats in the heart of Lawrenceville. Enjoy our space to yourself for a private event like a birthday party, holiday party, or corporate gathering.

Rentals must be requested at least a month in advance. 

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• • A screening of your favorite movie (films must be available in DVD or Blu-Ray)
  • 2 hour private use of the theater for up to 84 guests
  • On-site staff assistance

Bulk concessions, Bierport taproom rentals, extra time, screen tests, marquee messages, and other tech products can be be added to your rental for an additional fee.

**Public screenings require the purchases of film rights, regardless of whether or not you are charging admission.We are able to help you secure rights for an additional fee. Row House retains the right to not screen any film and will provide a refund if such a conflict occurs.
