How Things Work at Row House – Lawrenceville

Seating usually begins 20 minutes prior to each ticketed showtime. Before or during this time, guests may explore Bierport next door. The underground tavern is a perfect place to wait for a film! You can grab a burger, fries, and a drink here also. You are welcome to enjoy your alcoholic drink in the cinema. For soda fans, you can choose from a large selection of craft soda!

Across the street, our sister business Oliver’s Donuts has coffee and donuts, both of which you are welcome to bring into the cinema. We have a bookstore there also with a large film selection.

Refunds & Exchanges

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for events or one-time film screenings. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and showtime. For regular film screenings, if you are unable to attend the event for whatever reason and you give us a 48-hour notice before the showtime, we can exchange your date or showtime. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for regular film screenings less than 48 hours away.

A regular film screening is defined as a film, shown multiple times per week, priced at our regularly published prices. A one-time film screening is a film, shown only one time, which could be at our regularly published prices or higher. Everything else is an event, which includes a film shown multiple times per week, but this particular showtime is at a higher price than our regularly published prices, includes additional activities, or comes with additional items.

There are no refunds if you show up to the wrong location. Please pay careful attention to which location you have selected before you purchase a ticket.

Refunds for Canceled Events

There are no refunds for canceled events if the cancelation is out of our control. Exchanges will be available.

Refunds for Rescheduled Events

We’ll contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Can’t make it? We can exchange your ticket for another event.

Order Processing Fees

Tickets purchased on our site are typically subject to a non-refundable per ticket processing fee. You may be able to purchase tickets in person at Row House Cinema without paying our processing fee.

Security

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Cell Phone Usage

To ensure the proper viewing experience for your fellow patrons, we insist on no talking, texting, or phone use during our films. Row House WILL ask patrons to leave without refund if they continue to disturb others.

Late Arrival

Row House reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who arrive 10 minutes after the published showtime without any refund, to ensure no disruptions to the other patrons.

Outside Food & Beverages

Outside food and drinks are not allowed at Row House Cinema.

Smoking & Vaping

To protect the safety and rights of our guest and staff, smoking in any form is not allowed anywhere on the premises. This includes vaping. Row House reserves the right to ask patrons to leave without refund if they attempt or continue to smoke or vape on premises.
