Why do I need to create a new account?
Great question! Our website vendor recently introduced a new integrated membership tool that will allow us to provide members with a smoother, better online movie booking experience.

If you are a member who pays monthly you will need to create an account. For your security, we do NOT store your credit card information. So members who pay monthly will need to enter their credit card information into the new system.

If you are a member who pays up front annually, we imported your information and created an account for you. You will not have to update your payment information until your yearly renewal date.

Will my old login still work?
No.  The account you used through February 2024 is being phased out and will no longer exist after March 31.

How do I use to the new system?

That login link is your personal link. If you can’t find your email link, please let us know at membership@rowhousecinema.com, and we can help you.

Once you are logged into your account, you can update your name, membership level, and payment information. It’s also where you can renew and cancel your membership online.

What happens if I don’t sign up in the new system?
We will continue issuing codes to everyone left in the old system until April 1, 2024. After that date, members who have not been entered into the new system will stop receiving codes.


I am a Standard Annual Member. What do I have to do?
(aka you pay up front once a year)
If you’re an annual member you have been automatically entered into the new system and your most recent code can be used to redeem the rest of the movies for the year.

We will email you when it’s time to renew! You can also access your account through your welcome email with your personal login link. You can renew there or update and change any account information.

Your monthly movie will be valid one month from the date it was issued. (So if you pay on March 15, your monthly movie will be available for you to use March 15–April 15).

I am a Premium Annual Member. What do I have to do?
(aka you pay up front once a year)
If you’re a premium annual member you have been automatically entered into the new system and your most recent code can be used to redeem the rest of the movies for the year.

We will email you when it’s time to renew! You can also access your account through your welcome email with your personal login link. You can also renew there or update and change any account information.

I am a Standard Sustaining Member. What do I have to do?
(aka you pay each month)
Our team is in the process of reaching out to all sustaining members to help you create a new membership profile and update your payment information.

When we reach out, we will send you a link that you can use to sign up for a membership in our new system. We will immediately cancel your old account and ensure that you are not double charged!

Once you sign up with the link we send you you will be sent an email with your new (forever!) code and your personal link that you can use to access your account.

Your monthly movie will be valid for one month from the date it was issued. (So if you pay on March 15, your monthly movie will be available for you to use March 15–April 15).

I am a Standard Premium Member. What do I have to do?

Payments

Will I be double charged?
No. We have deferred all payments for March. As soon as you are enrolled, we will immediately remove you from our old payment system.

Codes

What about my old codes?
All guest passes, birthday passes, and covid passes will still be valid!  All previously issued codes will work until their expiration date.

Will I still get a code to book movies?
Yes! But instead of getting a new code each month, you will be sent a code when you sign up in the new system that you can use going forward.
